My wife and I saw this recently. Denzel Washington and Forrest Whitaker do an awesome job of acting in this movie. It is based on a true story from the 1930's. I recommend it highly as a date movie or family. There is one scene that shows a lynching and it might be too much for a young child. I give this movie :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

The final debate between Whiley College and Harvard University almost brought tears to my eyes. I must be getting sentimental in my middle years. Go see it and ENJOY.
