It wasn't all that long about that a Chevrolet Corvette took more than 9 seconds to sprint to 60 mph, let alone 150 mph like this 1,100 horsepower beast of a 'Vette Z06 created by the folks at Advanced Modern Performance. All right, so the last time a Corvette leisurely ambled to 60 mph in 9 seconds was in about 1982, but, still: 9.3 seconds in the 1/4 mile at a trap speed of 150 mph is staggeringly fast.
