what do you guys think of a cruise afterwards?we can all go to the Bruce B. Downs meet around 8ish (Tampa racing meet on Target parking lot)..let me know ,whay y'all think

Well you can't count on Google for anything :rolleyes:

We do this every month on the first Wed (as you know where we are on the 2nd Wed :D ) we pick a different spot in Pinellas/Hillsborough and Pasco for dinner and just to hang out...Bostons always treats us well and the food is :thumbsup:

I will be there about 6:30ish...Yellow won't get there till about 7 because of work....a few others get there between 630-645....I doubt seriously we would be out of there by 8....and I know Yellow and I have plans after dinner nearby whenever we get done

It's been a weekly (I guess) thing on Corvette Forum for a while. It's something that originated on the old CorvetteForum. We used to get HUGE crowds that would attend these things. We'd have them when a member came in from out of town, we'd use them as fundraisers for St. Judes, and such and I guess they just became sort of a weekly thing?

Unfortunately, a lot of the old timers and long time supporting members (life members, etc) can no longer access the threads on corvette forum.

Subsequently, most have migrated to "less hostile territory":yesnod::lmao: such as here, CorvetteGuru and the Valley. I guess thats why they show up here? IDK?

So to answer your question, it's not one something we put together but it is a gathering of vette owners, and that's always a party!!:dancer01::thumbsup:

Go, have a good time. If I get through with work in time, I may join you in the Elephant Chaser. If not, I'll catch you saturday at our regular spot at Andrehs:thumbsup:

I started this as a way to just have a monthly gathering of Corvette people and as opposed to making everyone drive to the same spot everytime I move it around.

I am going to jump in now and go back to my original question as to what this get together was for. I found out it was a gathering of Corvette people to show cars, talk some trash and have some fun. We do the same thing at Insta-Lube on Saturday nights. We don't care if you are Corvette Forum people, Tampa Bay Vettes people, Corvettes Anonymous, Corvette Florida people, no Club or Forum or you are a (Democrat:eek:).

In fact you don't even need a Corvette to be Welcome!!!

I've got a commitment at 4:30 (maybe it's being committed, IDK?:lmao:), but if it gets over soon enough, me and the E/C will be there. Don't park close, the brakes "aint that good!":rofl1::lmao::eek:
