took my buds new C-6 for a drive, for a stock car, i have to say it pulls realy nice from about 3800 RPM upto redline, but i have been in alot faster vehichles...to me, not worth $50k, but still a nice car :ack2:
 
I think you get a lot for your money when you buy a Vette.
What else can you get for that cheap of price for that kind of car?

Was it stick or auto?
 
C6 VS. Z06

Funny that you mentioned this...A few weeks ago a friend and I did a drag at a local empty street. My 2003 Z06 (6 speed) no real mods, against his 2007 C6, paddle shift.... I cleaned his clock!!!!!!
The C6 when I drove it seemed tame to me also. I did drive the new 2007 (Z06), and thats a diffenent story. The thing is a "BEAST".

Yeah, 50k is a lot of money no doubt. But considering the competition it goes up against in comparison tests (cars costing 2 or 3 times as much), it's still damn good bang for the buck IMHO.:yesnod:

Well Jim maybe we can go toe toe soon with my C6. It will be getting headers soon.

Most all the time a stock C5 z06 will beat out a stock C6.
 
Those things should be put into mosquito control. All that smoke would probably kill them all......... Never could stand the smell of a diesel..... :thumbsdown:
