"Vette Fest" Oct 6th and 7th
Vette Fest at Old Town in Kissimmee will be Saturday October 7th 2006! The show will start in the morning, and go all day. It is free to enter. In years past (14 years) it was called Octobervettes. It's under new management because the "Committee" couldn't get along and did the childish thing and scrapped the whole shebang instead of resigning and letting someone else run it under the same name. Now Old Town is running it, so lets get out there and support the new management!:thumbsup:
Friday Oct 6th, starting at 8pm is a pool/beer/pizza party at the host hotel (Seralago Hotel just a block from Old Town). Most people stay the night there and then cruise into Old Town the next day.
In years past we could get 300+ Vettes there on a rainy weekend, and have had well over 550+ on a sunny weekend. One year we almost reached 600 Vettes!
During the show there are several places to get some eats, or browse shops instead of just hanging out in the sun. I believe there will be events such as valve cover racing again like years past too.
I hope to see as many of you there as we can!:wavey:
