While its encouraging to watch Floridas jobless numbers decline, the number on paper does not tell the entire story. The decline in unemployment, from 7.1 percent in July to 7 percent in August, was due to a 14,000-person drop in the labor force, according to a report from the Economics Group of Wells Fargo Securities.
