Frankie is all done
Hello All,
My 1986 Corvette Frankenstein is all done. I just need to decide on Chrome or Brakelight red Corvette emblems. The ac is ice cold. Thanks for all the responses and verbal support with this project.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the compliments. I think I will keep the name Frankie. Most people in my Corvette club know him as Frankie. I also have a window decal that I need to put on. My friend Mike is an artist and created a cartoon character of Frankie. But named him Flashenstein. I took the disc over to the wagon wheel flea market. There is a company there that can make weatherproof stickers for your car. My wife Kellie's red 87 is Lil Red Rider. Mikes C4 is Blue Demon and Shannons C5 is Bebitched. He created personalized cartoon characters for all the Corvettes. Talk soon.

Looking great. Go with the brake light red. I love them on my black 96!

Thanks Gordon. Yeah. I like the red too. But, I was wondering if they make brakelight red for the front bumper too. I did not see it for the front on an 86 on Ecklers site.

Give brad a call at AutoXTC. I'm not sure if they have them for pre 91's, but if anyone knows, it'd be the boys at AutoXTC

Thanks Rich. Yes, I know John, Brad and Larry and at XTC. I will give them a shout. I was on a caravan cruise to crystal river today with my club. We had a black C5 with that brakelight red and it looked good. The chrome looked good also. But on the way home tonight, it was hard to see that brakelight red Corvette logo. I thought it was reflective.
