Here in Labelle, we were right on eye wall...intense 2 hours...but thankfully no damage...hope everyone else is doing fine...

Another beautiful day in Venice, Florida. TS Fay decided not to visit our area. The Venice Florida Corvette club received several emails wishing us well. Thank you for your concern. We really appreciate your well wishes. We hope everyone is doing well on your end. Also hope our Northern neighbors will have minimal impact from the storm.

Yeah, I'm going to be driving right into it early Thursday. Figure I'll swing south on 27 through Ocala to get to Daytona Beach. Hopefully it won't be so bad. At least it's not hurricane strength, but I expect heavy rain and high winds. Not really many options on how to get to Daytona Beach from Tallahassee.....
