GM discount card?

I've been hearing rumors about some sort of GM discount card that has been mailed out to some people. Anyone know anything about this?

First I have heard of this. Now they did send me a letter to tell me they were maxing out my GM Card points to $2000 for a limited time to purchase a new vehicle.
