Newbie looking for Corvette open track pals

Thanks for the reply. I am not building for a class to compete. I plan to only do HPDE events. Tracks, well I am 2 hrs to Sebring and Homestead. I have run at Robeling Road (left some rod bearing caps there) but will most likely stay South.
If I attend some schools and get a license I will look for a class though I know nothing about what classes are out there or what they require.

So far I am only doing minor tweaking. I found a zo6 rear spring (front spring is the same zo6/z51). Hodgkin stay bars, SS brake lines. And I am installing
urethane control arm bushings.
Stll looking for some zo6 rims, then have to come up with a tire. I like Nitto NTO1's(run on my Mustang) but am open to suggustions.

I am into HPDE's, have not done in a couple of years down here, but want to head over to Sebring after the holidays some time. I just redid my 2001 Z with the Pfadt adjustable coilovers and sway bars and am dying to test them out.

Chin Motorsports (http://www.chinmotorsports.com/) does several events a year at Sebring, and I know there are events down at Homestead.

If you find a schedule of events, let me know, I will be interested in joining you for some hot laps...
