It's in Citrus County, about 1 hour North of Tampa. Tampa is Pasco County, next County North up the Sun Coast Parkway is Hernando, then comes Citrus.
Pine Ridge is near Crystal River. It's also close to Homosassa, Beverly Hills, Inverness, Ocala, Lecanto, etc.
We have a 1 acre lot. All the lots are a minimum of 1 acre.
There is a "horse area" on the other side of the development where the lots are anywhere from 2 to 20+ acres. I'm a horsepower guy, not a horse guy.

We have a Pine ridge area here. That was my confusion. I have a friend in Crystal River, it is a beautiful part of the state. I acre lot  don't see that around here much unless you are prepared to pay a lot of money.
