I'm not one to count my chickens ,,,
A fellow is coming tomorrow morning from out of state to consider buying my '03. This will bring me one step closer to getting my C7. Please join me in keeping a good thought.

I'd say keep the 03 and use it as a backup to your new C7.

Thanks for asking. The guy was ready to buy, or so I thought. When it came time to sign over the car, he whips out an out-of-state personal check. He then gets a little indignant when I refused to accept it, and furthers with something like he has a few more Vettes to check out 'anyway'. People, they're a hoot sometimes.
That blue is a really nice color. I wish him well with it.

Hah! I would have told him to take a hike too. You likely would have lost your car and had a small piece of toilet paper to show for it.

You're right, and I probably couldn't even have wiped my you-know-what with it. I am not THAT wanting to sell the car. I CAN see though, how some are duped -especially our seniors, more because of reasons of necessity.
