84 headlight problems

when the head lights go up after a minute or two something on the passingers side of the car under hood clicks(wines) then the headlights seem to blink thjen it does it again after a minute or two is the relay inside these type of motor sticking or could it be the relay sticking?any thoughts or things to look at

Im tired and not reading well right now, But it could be the bushings. I did an article with vette mag and its right here (click here)

Those little bushings cause allot of trouble, but they only cost about 8 to 10 bucks.

84-87 has a little different set up than that,I believe he will need the gear kits!!

I forgot about that..I think I read C4 instead of 84
