Bad day for sure. I was wondering when they were gonna shut the bottle off on the first one. In the second one I was surprised how the driver just departed the scene. The audience seemed quite entertained.

Why I wont ever take a chance with the bottle.

I think the C6 guy took off so fast cause he needed to find a toilet to finish.

Exactly why I've always refused to run nitrous in any of my cars or my sons GN. Too volitile.

In that first one, I'm surprised that Darwin didn't win

No nomex/bunker gear, obviously no firefighting skills, and took waaaayyyy too long to shut off the feed

The second one, and the lack or respect from the monobrow folks in the stands, is one reason why I don't race.

Not willing to place my DD on the line for some low IQ types entertainment.

I'd rather auto-x/road race, for me and my own enjoyment

I just don't understand the laughing at someone's $50,000 car blowing up. Now if they are doing donuts and run into a tree, I'll laugh at them, but something like this is just sad.
