• Got the Contributing Memberships stuff finally worked out and made up a thread as a sort of "How-To" to help people figure out how to participate. So if you need help figuring it out, here's the thread you need to take a look at -> http://www.corvetteflorida.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3581 Thank you, everyone! Rich Z.

Now that's a fine!

Looks to be about 1.5 percent of his wealth. If they based it strictly on how much you EARNED
per year, it works out to $750.00 for $50,000 earned. A lot of money in any event! I'll
probably leave the Vette at home the next time I visit Switzerland......JUST TO BE SAFE !

Yeah, right. I guess they want to engage in more high speed car chases over there. The steeper the penalty for getting caught, the more vigorously someone will attempt to avoid BEING caught.

The socialists at work. Why should someone pay more becuse the earn more?Does that also mean that a poor guy who punches someone gets a day in jail while the rich guy gets life in jail? I know my example is extreme, but the fines should be uniform. If the speed is excessive then take the license if you want, but the same penalty should be enforced for everyone.

Yeah, good point. Carrying this extrapolation a little further, then someone who has NO income should get NO fine for speeding.
