A few final questions "just to be sure"

on Goldie with a new S6 compressor how much ref. oil goes in and which side?
How can I be sure I have the "right side" of the compressor (high or low) and finally how much oil needs to go in the new drier?

It should have a S (Suction/Low Side)by 1 port and a D (Discharge/High Side) by the other port! How much oil did you put in the each...Drier/Condencer/Evaporator??:shrug01: How much Oil is the system supposed to hold???:shrug01:
 
Hey Junkie,

Nothing stamped on either the old or new Compressor. I think muffler side is low side but not sure enough as yet. Haven't put oil in either as yet. Label says 220 ML of oil on the whole thing. How about in the drier? I have put no oil anywhere in the system as yet and as to how much is the system supposed to hold. Beats the poo outta me:shrug01:

The hose heading to the condenser is the high Side,Hose coming from the POA will be the Low!!:thumbsup: Put approx 2 0z in comp Low side,2 0z in dryer,2 0z in condenser,2 0z in evaporator!! You may have to rotate the compressor a little to make it take it all,After the system is closed ,Rotate the compressor several times by hand before pump down and charge!!:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
