• Got the Contributing Memberships stuff finally worked out and made up a thread as a sort of "How-To" to help people figure out how to participate. So if you need help figuring it out, here's the thread you need to take a look at -> http://www.corvetteflorida.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3581 Thank you, everyone! Rich Z.

A wet week

Keep it up rain gods, I can ride the lawn tractor and sing Jimmy Buffett songs in the rain (and it keeps the miles on the Vette very low).:lmao::dancer01::thumbsup:

Yeah, been getting quite a bit of rain up here around Tallahassee, too. Probably will mean I'll need to buy another Mosquito Magnet shortly....

Saw the durndest thing at the local WallyWorld this morning. It was a hand help bug zapper shaped like a tennis racket. Honest, who could make us this kinda poo? Might need it soon, this is Florida.

Don't knock it. We sell quite a few of them at my store. Of course, most of the folks who buy them are under the age of 10.:D

Since my new GS is my daily driver. It will be trekking out into the rain this weekend. I made sure to hit it up with a fresh coat of wax first. Such is the price we pay to enjoy every moment spent behind the wheel.

Heck, I wouldn't mind the rain so much except we live on a dirt/sandy road. So driving on it in the rain just makes a real mess of the cars. Nothing like mud bogging in a Corvette! :hehehe:

Do they carry a warning? Do not touch tongue to strings when plugged in. In beautiful down town Auburndale it would also say "more then twice". This is Pork County.

:yesnod: Yup, there is a warning. Although not about touching it with your tongue. Guess common sense has to come into play at some point.:D
