The DTV blimp that's been sending all those lovely shots from the Daytona races this past week was @ the New Smyrna Beach Airport so I drove up and took a few photos with my Vette & it together.
I like this one better then the Goodyear blimp...it's BLUE!!

Beautiful matching colors. They sure copied you well. Beautiful pic, very cool. Now If I can just get NASAJack to get a shuttle painted War Bonnet Yellow I'd just be in heaven:thumbsup:

Just a little bit of info.
I thought they might like that photo so I sent it to Direct TV and got a reply saying; "they do not accept any unsolicited material but they appreciated my interest in their product!" Yeah, right! :shrug01:

WOW that's really awesome. I love the new avatar with the Blimp. My brothers and I went to the Daytona 500 and we saw the blimp directly over us during the race. :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Jim, Y'ain't got enuf money! If I got hired, it would be a second job.......I don't need or want a second job U-N-L-E-S-S the pay is so good that I can't pass it up! Hey.....I don't see my Vette enuf as it is right now! Imagine if I had a second job....?? I would probably have to get rid of the Vette, and THAT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN in the near future! (LOL) I just kinda fool around with pictures like that and see what happens......it's just a hobby. I REALLY like to take pictures that guys took in Vietnam, and work on them to bring back the original color and clarity. Some of them turn out very good, and most are better than what I start with. Everyone that I send "cleaned-up" pictures to, enjoys them and replaces the old ones on their web pages with the "cleaned-up" versions. That's it! don't want to hijack this thread anymore than I've already done!
