Windshield Washer

My drivers side washer is leaking/seeping out the wiper. It seeps very little you don't really notice it and I'm not sure how often, but it does drain the tank after awhile. Since I never use the washers I have no idea how it started. Not that I would ever do this, but if I accelerate "hard", I can see it spotting the windshield :shrug01:

It's probably just your car crying over gas prices.:D J/K Mine has done that in the past, but only if the tank was overfilled. It never did it until the tank was empty.

Have you checked your wiper control stick? Make sure that the washer control is "clicked" into the "off" position. Sometimes while cleaning and detailing our cars, we move the control sticks, turn signals or wipers start as soon as you turn the car on.

You could have a cracked wiper arm hose. You mentioned that it leaked if you accelerate "hard", this could be caused by the force of acceleration pushing the liquid up and out through the crack in the hose. :shrug01:
