Time to make room for my new Corvette
and this means it's time my beloved and babied Mallett find a new home.

Many in here have seen this beautiful automobile and Everyone know's it's been pampeerd to the max. Never in the rain, never smoked in, never been raced, we're talkin real well taken care of car.

For those who do not know the car, some history.
This is a 1997 Totally loaded Corvette lacking only NCM option.
Other than that, it has everything else. This Corvette was taken directly to Chuck Mallett for his magic. (yes I do have the Mallett paperwork)
Now in 1997, There wasn't Mallett Regristry at NCM, and therefore, this 1997 is NOT a Mallett Regristry model as All Mallett Regristry Corvettes were 1998 to present. Nevertheless, this 1997 is a Mallett, the engine Block is stamped Mallett, the Heads are stamped Mallett, even the Big Radiator is Stamped Mallett, the HRE Wheels are embossed Mallett, as are the Fender's, Valve cover's, ect, ect.
serail number's X2314R Or for those needing break down, X=427, 2314 ,low production serial number, R=race prepaired. 575 /510 RWHP
Car has LG headers, Bassani Xpipe and Bassani tail pipe tip's, Vortex Cold air induction, 90 mm TB, Blackwing Air system, Mallory plug wires, w/ Carbon fiber booty sox, Carbon fiber Coil Cover's, Vortex Cold air induction carbon fiber.
Interior needs NOTHING, AS NEW condition, concours perfect, includes carbon fiber dash and console and door accents . Dove Gray leather,
C5-R Delrin shifter knob, 16 disc CD factory, 6 Sp. tranny built.
Chassis, Z-06 goodies, sway bar's front and rear, w/ Z06 Hemi joint's all around,
F-47 Hi Performance Tuner suspension select
Traction Control (totally worthless from 2800 RPM's to 6,000) 6,100 to 7,000TC comes back.
Drilled N Slotted rotor's at all 4, new carbon pads.
This Corvette was the 2nd in the production line for Nassau Blue, and only 292 of the entire production were painted in the Nassau Blue.
There are many more performance mods which are not mentioned, but again ALL the documentation of this car is available.
Here it is Folks, 19k buy's this jewel. The wife is driving me crazy about the car .:banghead:

Why couldn't this be NEXT YEAR!?

I'd take it in a minute, no questions asked!

Someones getting a hell of a deal my friend!

Everythings perfect on that car and the color is one of my all time favorites!

:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

are you kidding!!!! thats your baby. that sweet machine is worth alot more then that.maybe a bigger garage..........right:NoNo:

we have the 760 Hp 730 Torque Mallett 2009 on it's way

The home owner's association is all over us already .
We have the Mallett, also wife's C5 2001, our Spice GTP, and my 95 XJS Vert.
However we also have just had our boy return from Flagstaff, and transfer his College classes to Emery Riddle here . Therefore another vehicle.
I'm NOT selling this car for the Money, as you all know it book's for 58 K.
I'm not selling it to no one under 25 for that matter.
,This car would get ANY wreckless person killed an a matter of second's.
I want a responsible person to have a beautifully built car, and one that as many in here know, for 12 year's old, it still look's brand new, and orginal.
So if anyone in here want's it, do it now, before I find a place to hide it from my wife and HOA, LOL

Thanks for your inquiry about my Mallett

:thumbsup:No, the Mallett is off the Market.
Bottom line, the car still books for 56K, I offered it here in the club for 19K and your asking Bottom Dollar?
You've apparently never seen the car as other member's.
It's Spotless. Not even a spec of dust under the hood, engine compartment as spotless as it was new.
In fact, after each and every drive, I Vaccumn under the hood and engine bay.
Orginal Nassau factory paint, Spotless..as new as the day of delivery,
57,00 miles, and interior spotless, no rips, No tear's, no sagging, SPOTLESS.

Power, well, I think most in here have heard of the TEXAS Corvette Performance fellas out of Houston.
They just sold a hopped up 04 Z06, stroked LS6 427 to one of the Orlando Dupont Carz-N-Cafe fella's.
This Z is a real bad boy, w/ a ton of goodies.
He liked being the show off at the last CNC show last week. And he deceided that it was me of all people that he needed to prove who was King of the hill as for the Vettes. He pulled that fire breathing White FRC alongside of Bon and I, and lite his Z up like it was the Space Challenger leaving the pad.
And when the smoke cleared, the Mallett left him about 4 1/2 lengths behind, in 1 st gear alone.
Nope my friend, you missed one hell of a deal at 19K. Having a garage built on for more toy's. Not selling this Mallett.. But, do appreciate your interest.

I have seen this car. It is absolutely awesome.
I have taken a big hit these past couple of months, otherwise I would be pleading with my wife to buy it. I would leave the C6 Vert here and take the Mallett to N.J. No more towing. I am thinking, I am thinking.
Lou

U crazy Lou, Crazy

Don't want ur wife looking for me w/ no butcher knife, LOL.
Thanks for the kind words of the Mallett.

HEY, we gotta get everyone ready for the Dream cruize, Daytona

Kinda mixed emotions here:(

On one hand, I'm sorry it didn't sell for you.

On the other, I'm glad it didn't so you can enjoy it som emore and maybe someday, when this piss poor economy straightens itself out, you can actually get what it's worth:thumbsup:

So far and knock on wood, the mess out there hasn't hurt us real bad.
Everyone's sittin still and unsure of what they can or cannot do. With damn good reason.
Keepin the Mallett doesn't hurt me at all. The pain in the butt is our HOA, god damn commy's, lol. I hate having someone telling me I can't have, or do something...................on the other hand I'm glad we have one.

I met you and saw your car at the Altamonte Springs show last year. :yesnod:

My wife and I are going to the Daytona Cruise. We are just a few miles away.
Would like to meet up with you and others there. How about it?

Tell ya what Lou,

We are in New Smyrna Beach.

spiceman,

My name is Dennis Hutchinson and I live in Bay City,Mi. In reference to your 1997 Mallett. Is your car still for sale @ 19K? If it is I would appreciate an E MAIL to further discuss the purchase of your car. I have a 08 vert. but would love to add yours to my garage. Finished and heated for winter storage of the vetts. I'm not kicking tires and would not waste your time if I wasn't interested. E MAIL - dennis.hutchinson@charter.net
