• Got the Contributing Memberships stuff finally worked out and made up a thread as a sort of "How-To" to help people figure out how to participate. So if you need help figuring it out, here's the thread you need to take a look at -> http://www.corvetteflorida.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3581 Thank you, everyone! Rich Z.

2009 Caravan Participants from South Florida

Since we are all spread out throughout the So. Fla. area, it would be interesting to see which caravan everyone is taking. Being on the west coast, I would prefer to hook up with Caravan going to Fermans.

The way I understand it they all will be heading to Fermans from south FL where they will meet up with central FL caravans and then all move as one group to north FL. If you head up the west coast along I-75 there will be others with you I would believe, and then everyone meets at Fermans in Brandon (just outside of Tampa).

See you there!

Hey,
In 2003 the Stuart Corvette club met the clubs from WPB and Ft.Lauderdale at Ft.Pierce and caravaned up the turnpike and picked up Melbourne and Titusville in Orlando then headed into Lake City .It would be counter productive to drive to Tampa and then to LC .

I will probabily join the caravan at the WPB plaza on the turnpike. I hope the plan is to pickup more caravaners.

2009 caravan

I was with the leaders this weekend at the keys show. everybody going up the turnpike will meet at wbp plaza. we will pick up others on the way to lake city.

Nice to see the east coast folks getting excited about this event...You would think that with the majority of the vettes being on the west coast, there would be alot more going on over here, instead its like a funeral over here....
