Tallahassee Cars and Coffee

Hey guys and girls, if you're in or around Tallahassee on the third Saturday of the month there is a meet called Cars and Coffee from 8 AM until 11 AM. It's in the Texas Roadhouse parking lot on Capital Circle N.E. It's right next door to the Chick Filet so coffee and food is available. I was stopping by Chick Filet yesterday on my way out of town and there were easily two dozen cars there and a good representation of Corvettes as well. Check it out if you can. They also have a Facebook page, Tallahassee Coffee and Cars! :popcorn_02:

There used to be a "Cars and Coffee" thing out near the Tallahassee airport, and Connie and I went there once or twice. Push come to shove though, I'm just not a morning person, and having to get up early enough to get out to one of these things just didn't fit into my lifestyle. Maybe getting up early works for some other people, just not me.

Maybe a "Buggies and Brunch" would be more my speed.... :)

Yeah, I remember that. It was in the building that SS Performance used to be in. The guy who originally built it planned to store classic cars for clients in it. I don't think he got the response he wanted and sold it to Ernie Simms who was the owner of SS Performance. You had to bring your own coffee back then. There wasn't anyplace around! Still isn't! That building is now the home of Trans Am World Wide.

Yeah man!

I watched this one too, while I was at it.

Kind of interesting because I recognized the roads they were driving on. I spent a lot of time myself on the same roads when I was working on the C5Z. :hehehe:

I forgot to mention there was a Dodge Challenger Hellcat there Saturday. And you know what? I don't even remember what color it was. I just remember looking at that big ol' honkin' supercharger sitting on top of that engine! :hair_on_fire:
