Red's Fresh Seafood House - Bokeelia (Pine Island), FL

Now, I've got to tell you, if you are anywhere NEAR the Pine Island area, you
really MUST make this a place to stop in at to eat.

Remember this name: Red's Fresh Seafood House

http://www.redsfreshseafoodhouse.com/

They have an incredible menu, fresh LOCAL seafood, and from the dishes both Connie and I had, the food is superb. Connie is just as picky as I am, but in a different way, with her food, yet both of us were more than satisfied with the meals we got there. Quite honestly, we are very much looking forward to going back there as soon as we can swing it, likely in early June. Of course, hoping that the seafood market isn't completely dead from the oil spill. But in any case, they have other selections to choose from, and I'm sure the steak or chicken will be just as good, if worse comes to worse.

Anyway, when you cross over into Pine Island from the only road going there, just make a right and look over to your right. You can't miss it. Actually DON'T miss it. You'll be darn glad that you didn't when you are finished your meal....
