PW Pimp, keeper O' 'da thread
For Immediate Release

In a continuing effort to reenergize and reposition RevXtreme in the domestic automotive aftermarket performance industry, we are initiating a name change. This is being done in an effort to reflect a clear and direct focus for the company and to define the market that we are active in.

Effective immediately, RevXtreme will now be called........... RevXtreme Auto Sports ©

To accompany the name change, there will also be a new slogan,……..

"Let RevX Put the Xtreme Into Your Ride" ©

These are exciting times for everyone associated with RevXtreme Auto Sports and we look forward to serving your automotive performance needs in the future.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Brad Jenkins
Director of Marketing
RevXtreme Auto Sports

Congratulations on the name change, but from a purely marketing perspective, it doesn't seem to "flow" like it should.

The "tag line doesn't roll off your lips as it should. First rule of marketing, make them remember you;)

ie:
You're in good hands...

or

the good hands people.

and of course:

Where shopping is a Pleasure
(Publix).

Everyone knows and identifies with these. They are easy to recall and "flow."
Makes them much easier to recall and identify.

The previous tag line "Your Prescription for Performance" flowed much better, was shorter and easier to recall and seemed to be spot on:thumbsup:

Just trying to help Brad.
