Well, I work out the house but was still able to make a run to downtown Tampa, so that should count.

I posted the video of the drive on my Corvette Blog:

It was also an anniversary for us as it was 41 years ago to the day (6/29/66) that my dad traded in a 1966 Mustang for the the 1966 Corvette. I'd say he made the right decision!

Looking at your dash brought back memories of my first - a '67 Vert. You must really be proud that your Dad still has his Vette and he is still around to enjoy it! Alto my Dad never had a Vette he was Chief Engineer of the Tucker Car Corp back in '47 & '48 and I got to ride in his car; a Tucker!!!

Save the wave!!! :wavey:

Thanks for the ride Keith.
I am retired now but I always did my best to bring the Vette to work on that day. My best to you and your dad.

That's why I've never seen your car.... I've been in Tallahassee for 4 years now. My last day here is on the 15th:dancer01:

Hey, thanks all for the comments. Glad you liked it. I found a way to mount my video camera in the mid-year and that video was the first of what I hope to be many. No more trying to steer, shift and hold the camera!
