Default Kaps rebuilt distributor

Dissasembled entirely, cut the shaft hosing down on the lathe, built it up with a high nickle/steel alloy, machined it to spec and cut the oring grooves into the proper location & depth, cleaned, polished, replaced wore parts, re-shimmed, and painted as close to OEM as possible w/out plating/anodizing.

Kap, you just need the correct advance springs and put your Pertronix guts back in. Put a little grease on the o-rings beffore dropping it in. Post up the step-by-step pics of dropping it in for the rest to see.

Tracy, that's one beautiful job. Awesome. Which advance springs do you suggest and is there a nomenclature that is proper to use to find them?

Thanks dude. Fantastic job.

Just stock replacements from NAPA or any of the parts houses for your make/model/year/motor.
