Yeah..... Server update caused a LOT of sites to crash because of a faulty module. You would think these people would thoroughly test their updates before inflicting them upon the world. I once had an anti-virus program I was using completely destroy the operating system of a computer I was using it on. So apparently this is not at all unusual.

Tread carefully when updating ANYTHING.
