Well folks, looks like I am going to part with my toy. This car has been my project for 5 years and now I am ready to move on to something else.
The car is medium blue and was stripped back to a bare shell and painted back the factory coded color. The engine is a 4 bolt main 60 over 350 with (speed pro not keith black)hyper eutectic pistons, ZZ9 camshaft, 76cc cast iron heads with ferrea stainless valves, screw in studs and guide plates. (2" intake/1.6 exhaust)(engine has approx 10K miles on it). Trans was rebuild with a 2800 stahl converter. Exhaust system is out of a LT1 vette but with no cats. Car has a nice rumble at idle and throaty at speed. She is sitting on ZR1 sawblade rims 275/40/17 front and 315/35/17 rear (sumitomo HRT). I have replaced many of the seals and the convertible top of off a later model car with good material. I have added a homebuild roll bar with bungs for 4 point seatbelts that I have, but currently the stock belts are in the car. I will post some pics ASAP. I asking $8000 or might be interested in trades involving late 60 early 70 Chevys. I have a real soft spot for 70-72 monte carlos. I am located in Jacksonville, Fl.
