C4 A/C out of defroster - 1986

The A/C started coming out of my defroster about half/half vent vs defroster. I took the dash apart the the defroster door is not moving when I switch it back and forth. (Manual controls) I can poke it closed and all the air comes out the dash but what holds it in position? All the vacuum lines seem find. Any suggestions?
 
hmm...never dug that far into the dash. I'd be interested in the answers here. Is the pivot point/hinge well lubed? Although you are getting vacuum, is it enough? Whats the spec?

Anyway, I'm more here to see the answers. :thumbsup:
