I need more information than that!

Dose the compressor run???

If so,is there any frosting on any of the lines??

Is the blower forcing plenty of air through the vents??

Have you checked the radiator and condenser for de'bre??

the car has just finished being restored.(now doing body and paint) prior to re-storing the blower just barely blows outs vents, during the restore I replaced everything evap blower motor the works, dont have compressor connected yet (hoses) but never had a problem getting cold, just blowing. I have put 12v straight to motor still can barely feel it blow.

Does the blower have all of it's speeds?
Was it working and then went south after some work was done in/around the A/C components?
Has anything ever been done to the A/C system like a new compressor or lines, or
is it all original?
Was it converted to R-134a?

Alot has been done to the cars (ac) Just put a new blower motor but it blows the same as always barely. the compressor is not conected at this time so its not a problem of frizing up the evap.

I'm guessing the main vent (feeder to dash vents) is not opening properly. Had the same problem on my MH. I opened the vent and secured it and the only problem is if I want to direct air to one outlet, for instance the floor and not dash vents I can't do it.
