C5/C6 Bash in Kentucky.

ynkedad

Wassup!!!
The wife and I are looking at visiting the NCM in late April for their C5/C6 Bash.
Any suggestions as to where to stay? I did see the list of "business member" hotels and B&B's, but there's no advertisement like word of mouth!

See if you can stay at Wendell Strode's 1869 Homestead B&B. He's the museum director. Probably booked, but worth a try.

Hey Gannet,:wavey:

We remembered you telling us of a place that started with a "W".
Thanks for the reminder!

You have the Country Hearth Inn accross the street from Museum which I stayed in a month ago. I would rate them a 3 out of 5. Less than 5 minutes away, they also opened a new Super 8 Motel which I hear is very nice.

You could check with someone from the C5/C6 registry. They may have a preference for a hotel. It seems some of the events have certain hotels that are popular for that event. Like for the Corvette Forum Cruise-In it's the Hampton Inn and Baymont Inn (they're next to each other). I usually stay at one of them when I go to the NCM. (Got my reservation at the Hampton Inn for this May) Also, there's a nice place called the Bryce Inn up a few exits past the museum. Very nice people own the place and are gracious hosts.
