C6 C6 Door Sill Paint Protector

I have a question for anyone with a 2005-2010, I need to find out the measurements of the door sill paint protector. I have another idea for this but don't know if it will fit. I have a C3 1976 that I installed an aluminum radiator and dual electric fans and custom made an aluminum radiator cover for the top and I want to put one of these protectors on the cover I made. It's 27" wide and 4 3/4" tall. Here are two links to see what I'm talking about. I was hoping someone might be able to measure the plate on their car and save me from trying to explain to my local Maroone dealer why I don't want to buy or test drive a vette just measure the plate :shrug01:

Well it looks like I put the cart before the horse again, I just called the parts department at the dealer and he says he has this kit in the showroom so I'll stop by tomorrow and check it out and pick a set up if they'll fit.
 
Stopped Maroone in Delray Beach this morning and after doing some searching in the lot I found that the sill plates I was looking for come with the new 2010 corvettes so the parts dept looked it up and found they had one in stock. I took off my fabricated aluminum radiator cover, wet sanded it and painted it black and applied the emblem. Came out nice and looks alot better.
