Coming to a town near you - Beware

Remember the government owns and controls everything. They zone, regulate and tax real pproperty. They licence and tax personal property. They can also tell you what to do with it if they don't like it by enforcing codes and ordnances including the way you live, work, wear, eat, drive, conduct business, have relationships, raise kids or just about anything you can think of, you can probably find someway the government is invloved.


That may seem extreme but when I took the licencing course for a real estate license that was the first thing the instructor said, but it is true.
