Corvette Track Day

Corvette School
Sebring Track Day July 1st

The corvetteracingschool.com will be having a track day at Sebring Raceway on Sunday July 1st for Corvette owners only.:welcome: A small group of only 40 Corvette's maximum will be able to register for this event. Instructors will be on hand for non experienced drivers as well as crew for people in need of mechanical assistance. Corvette rental cars will also be available for those who choose not to track their personal cars.

There will be plenty of track time without the usual traffic jams of 80 plus cars, and best of all it will be Corvette's only!

Next dates will be Sunday August 26th and Sunday September 23rd.
Hope to see you all there.

Whats the price to participate? And rental price for a Vette? Sounds like fun.

Waiting for the insurance quote to come back before we post prices, but all indications would be $350 entry fee per car. This is for the long course at Sebring. If we used the Club course (short track) price will be lower.

Daily rental price for Corvette is $1,600: includes tires, fuel, brake pads, crew, etc.

i'm interested. What kind of setup do our cars need to be in for this? Do we need roll cages and 5 pt harnesses and such?? What kinds of things do we need to bring for ourselves helmet, yada yada yada??

No roll cages or harness bars required, your regular seat belts are fine. Helmets are mandatory and you will need to pass inspection: good tires, brakes, wheels torqued.

We are trying to make this a fun and safe event for everyone without going crazy with rules, but we'll need everyone to cooperate with car safety. We are going to recommend at least a brake fluid change since from experience we know the brakes will fade after 2 laps at Sebring long course if you run hard.
Beginners will need to have an instructor with them.

We have 4 dates available at Sebring: May 27th, July 1st, August 26th and September 23rd
Please give us feedback on the dates everyone!:wavey:
