CorvetteFlorida at Venice

Bug Killer
I know we will discuss this at the party on Saturday night, but for those folks that are not going to make it to the party, can we get a count of the cars that are going to park with the CorvetteFlorida crew so that we can tell the parking folks how many spaces we will need?

Deb and I will be there, with chips and salsa around 0830.

:dancer01:

Joe,

We'll be there but the Scion will stay in the parking lot:rofl1:

We're getting there on Friday afternoon. See you all on Saturday.

From what I'm hearing...........
They're trying to change the time of the show from September to March.
NO show in 2009, then pick it up again in March of 2010.
They've already been in touch with the city, and are waiting for the OK to move the date.
Dotty and I were told that they want to have the show when all of the snow-birds are still there.
If anyone else has any additional info, Please pass it along!
Andy and Dotty

I think the weather would be alittle cooler in march. But you are right it's about the Snowbirds:shrug01:

From a sheer $$$ perspective, I'm sure they would probably do better and the weather would definately be cooler:thumbsup:

From another perspective, with all the 'birds back in town, parking and traffic could be an issue?

Either way, I'll be back:dancer01:

Gordon, parking won't be an issue if you're IN the show! Beg, borrow, steal, or rent one for the next show ....... you've got about 18 months before it happens! :lmao:

Saturday in March with the snowbirds still here would definately be a traffic and logistics problem. I think the Seniors would raise Hell.
