Corvettes in Venice

For all you folks heading down from up north on either Saturday or Sunday, Deb and I are going both days so if ya'll want to check in at our place we can ride with pride down to Venice. I guess afternoon on saturday and morning on Sunday.

I was thinking of heading down 75, getting off at Nokomis and then down 41 to Venice. If we all wanted to get together first, there is a gas station on the corner of 41bypass and Venice Ave. We could meet there and cruise over the bridge into downtown. This could work for those of us heading north and south to get there. Keep it in mind.

Joe, will contact u about venice. Going up north for labor day . Have to get in the last calm boil of the yr. Hess sound fine for meeting that morning.

At the corner of 41bypass and Venice Ave there is a gas station, I don't know the brand, We can meet there on Sunday morning around 8:30, and head across the bridge at 9am right into downtown Venice. The show is supposed to be on Venice Ave, downtown Venice.
I will check on this Tuesday and let you know for sure exactly where the cars are parking.

Joe and Deb, I'll meet you at the Hess station Sunday morning at 8 am unless you say otherwise. I'm looking forward to this show as this will be the first one I've entered. Should be fun and hopefully no rain. Congradulations Deb on your win at the Pier show. Mark
 
Connie and I are going to try to get down there, but not sure we can. Got a few wrinkles to iron out, if possible....

Joe the show starts at 8:am,we will be in Venice at 6:30 to meet with everyone at that gas station,like to be in line at 7:30 to enter the show,hopefully the early bird will get the spot.

Joe, Give me a way (or directions) to get from the Hampton Inn located at 881Venetia Bay Blvd to the 41 by pass and Venice ave and Carrie and I will see ya'll Sunday morning at 0830 :thumbsup:

If we want to meet up with Rob & Mary at the bypass before 7:30 AM, I believe we should leave around sixish. :shrug01: It takes me about an hour to get their and I think 41 has orange barrels scattered around.
Also, I don't want people fighting about parking next to me just to make your Vette look good. :lmao:

Rob I like the "early entry" idea I'll call you around 0700 but should be at the gas station to join you around then.
