So when the tailpipes fill up with water when he gets caught in a heavy rain storm, then what? :shrug01:
 
Well, I dunno, but I don't think the flappers will close while the engine is running and the car is moving forward. Just the wind hitting against the flappers at speed would hold them open the way they are positioned. :shrug01:
 
the exhaust will keep pushing the water back outward. remember 18 wheeler trucks used those back in the day. but i doubt it gets out much, much less when it's raining.
 
I think they should show the pics of the owners of these monstrosities. I wonder if they LOOK crazy?
