• Got the Contributing Memberships stuff finally worked out and made up a thread as a sort of "How-To" to help people figure out how to participate. So if you need help figuring it out, here's the thread you need to take a look at -> http://www.corvetteflorida.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3581 Thank you, everyone! Rich Z.

custom corvettes

shaved door handles were a thing back then. electric door openers with button somewhere under car usually. also key remote opener. sold a few back in the day.

The back door looks "right", but they had to do some major work to get the
front doors to match the body lines! Wonder if they used Vette doors, or
doors from another vehicle? Lotta work went into that one.....

Added comment ..............
I just Googled "4 door Corvette", and it looks like WAYYYYYYY too many people
have way too much time and money on their hands! Some of them look fairly
nice, but there are a bunch of fugly ones too.......

Now we're talking! That 4x4 is actually practical when the roads get muddy around here.

But the "lizard"??? :face_palm_02:

Yeah, you would NEVER be able to use an electric buffer. Hood parts would go flying....

Yeah, I've often wondered about how big of a pain in the ass it would be to wax one of those huge motor homes. :ack2: I imagine many an old feller has suffered a heart attack in the attempt.
