Just wondering what the chrome 5 spoke wheels on the 2007's were when you bought your vette...If not mistaken, I think it was around $1495?
 
The true chrome ones were 1800, the polished aluminum where 1300 i believe. Im positive on the chrome 1800 price tho, i priced them out before finding my car with the polished ones.
 
The sticker had 1800 for my 07 chrome wheels but I got a significant discount when I brought my car new in late 06. So my guess would be in the 1300-1800 ball park.
