He is awful old? You and DVRATD are having a lot of fun with this old thing. As far as a retirement oasis, no thanks. When I move south it will be Texas for sure. Somewhere close to the southern border. Like to visit Mexico.

I have a buddy there in Texas !!!! He Invited me to visit him. He lives in Lockhart!!!! You don't need to go to Mexico! there are plenty in Texas!!!!! :hehehe: :shrug01: :wavey: ....."SWAMP RAT"....
