Man, I would like to think I could get away for this, but end of March may be pretty busy around here. Maybe if things aren't as bad as I think they may, Connie and I can make an overnighter down there.

I suspect....

It's gonna be fun Rich and I may need help keeping the party animals (Steve and Ray) out of trouble.

It would be really nice to see ya's there Rich and Connie!:dancer01:

Yeah we would like to be there, but we are getting into prime time with our business. Breeding season with the critters starts firing up around then, and the window of opportunity to play "snake pimp" is rather narrow. It's much like being a farmer. You HAVE to get those seeds planted when the time is right.

March thru April is breeding season, May thru June is egg laying season, and July thru August egg hatching season. August thru October is just insane taking care of THOUSANDS of baby snakes. :crazy03: :crazy03:

im there

Sounds like a long weekend comming, good friends, cool cars,a couple cold ones. Old town sounds like a great place to have their vett together. :dancer01:

Hey Carl81...

Are you bringing any of your frames? If so, I'll be wanting TWO of them.
Also, do ya take checks as payment?

~Ray

Hey RichZ

If ya's are thinking about going, you may ought to make reservations NOW just in case. I do believe their cancellation policy allows you to cancel without a fee, so long as it's 48 hours prior to the date of check in. (the hotel reservations page has that information).

I think I'll just play it by ear. If I make a reservation, there is a darn good possibility I could get so tied up with the critters that I would just FORGET about the show and then wind up losing the deposit. Worse comes to worse, if I find we CAN get away, Connie and I could just head down, spend the night at a motel along the way, and just spend most of Saturday there and head on back. That way I would only lose maybe two days, at the most.

I just know historically it is pretty tough to get away that time of year....

Thanks.
