I have a 3x2 set up on a 77 vette. I noticed that after the car sets for day or longer, it does not want to start. I pulled the fuel line off the carbs, and the line was dry. I opened the top off the center carb and the fuel bowl was down to the little brass deal in the bottom of the bowl. My only conclusion is that fuel in the lines is backing out back down to the fuel pump. (this is a new pump). and that the fuel in the carb is slowly or actually, quickly dripping through the little brass deal (it has the spring loaded pin sticking up through it) down into the intake manifold and on down. Soooo, is there some type of check valve to put on the fuel line... between the carbs and the pump, or is that the right answer? ? and why is my fuel dripping out of the bowl? Thanks - kip
