FaunaClassifieds (my main website that was actually paying all the bills) is now no longer earning enough income to continue leasing the server that my sites run on. Just barely operating in the black, and I mean JUST BARELY. With no expectation that it will get better, and quite likely will get worse. I have commitments with paid yearly memberships on FaunaClasifieds that I feel bound to honor, so I have made arrangements to wind things down gradually to where this time next year, August, 2027. I will be dropping the leased server and all sites, including this one, will be gone.
Everyone who used to come here have gone on to greener pastures, obviously. More power to you. Hope life treats you all well.
I barely even put 100 miles on my Corvette every year, so am going to be putting it up for sale sometime soon. I am at a different stage of my life now, and some things that were important to me, are no longer that way.
