Fair price to have a cam kit installed?

Anyone have any ideas on the price to buy a cam kit and have it installed and tuned?

Labor is app. $650, but to get every part needed including the springs/keepers/gaskets/retainers/seals/fluids/cam/etc. to do it right...in the mid $2000 range.
