Good Morning All. Well it's been 50+ years waiting and now that I've finally bought my first Corvette and thought it would be a good time to jump on board Corvette Florida. I've been dropping by and reading now I can start to ask questions and I'll probably have a bunch. Thanks for letting me on board.
Three weeks ago I took the plunge and purchased a new to me 2001 Pewter Coupe.

Rick, :welcome: to CorvetteFlorida! I'm in the same boat as I just bought my first Corvette last year at age 60. Seems to turn back the old internal clock by 40 years whenever I'm able to get to Florida to drive it. It's a snowbird.......I ain't!
Anyway, good luck with it.......it's a sweet lookin ride!

Rick, Welcome to the friendliest forum on the web. There are a few of us here in the Sarasota-Bradenton area. Mte,Smiles has suggested that we get together, sounds like a good idea. I would like to throw a date out there for consideration...how does Wednesday 4/11 at around 7pm sound to everyone. We could meet at the place Mte.Smiles suggests the "boiler room". He can give us directions, since it was his suggestion.

Nice looking car, any upgrades yet oris it still a virgin?

Yep I'm game anytime after 5:00PM is good for me. My wife says she knows right where it's at.
