I will have to try and make it down there on a Saturday. I'd really like to learn to use a buffer, I'd imagine it would save me a ton of time and pain.
I need to paint my Corvette, as the front bumper has a lot of cracks in the paint where the previous owner hit something, and the passenger quarter panel has some heavy clearcoat degridation.
The previous owner wasnt into taking care of the interior or exterior muchbut at the moment, I don't have the money to get it painted, as all quotes have been 6-8k . But I'll bring it down anyway if you promise not to laugh
I'm also really interested in the product to get water spots off glass, my DD has it BAD in the areas the wipers don't hit.
Also, with the Cherry Bomb, can I use that just like I've been using Simple Green on the engine? Full strength and with terry cloth towels?
Thanks again!
Rich
Hi Rich,
Hey man, I wont laugh at your car. Many of us have Corvettes that are under construction. I still have to get the side leather seat back panel fixed on my C4. I also have to wet sand and buff the top where there is water spot damage.
Cherry Bomb is a safe non-caustic cleaner. It is strong so you can dilute it if you like. If you dont have heavy brake dust on your wheels, you can use Cherry Bomb to clean them. Cherry Bomb will not streak paint or wheels. You can also use it to clean engines. It will not damage service labels in the engine bay. We dilute it way down and use it to wipe down our kitchen counters and tables.
Cherry Bomb is stronger and cleans better than Simple Green. Simple green cleans well, but it will streak paint.
We also carry Aerosol Interior dyes for Carpet, Vinyl, Leather and plastic trim. We have many OEM clors that are an exact match. These dyes are used by Car Dealers all over Florida. They are very durable and will not crack or peel off. Well, I would love to chat more but I have to load my trucks and head out on deliveries. Have a good day.
