Have also done routine maintenance, and replaced a few items listed below since taking ownership of the car in summer of 2018. To include Starter, rack and pinion, battery, rear tie rods, sway bar end links (upgraded to grease-able metal version), alternator, and fuel pump.
Car has been garage kept, and is currently running a street tune for drivability. AC works well and blows cold by the display is starting to get dim.
Rack and pinion is developing a leak, exhaust spring hangers are getting worn out (new set included), the paint is like a 6 or 7/10. It has some rock chips, scratches, and the pass side rear is bubbling. I had the roof re-painted in 2021, didn’t do the fender since I was looking at replacing it with a wider style.
