Bought this used and didn't realize it's not for a vert, but a Z or FRC.
Its just the board covered in carpet with a C5 emblem in the center. No clamps or velcro strips included. Just the board. 40 bucks.

Will not ship!!

i believe its held in place with Velcro strips,(there is some Velcro still on th top part) i put it in my car and it fit but since mine is a vert i couldn't drop my top and still have this in place. So i believe a vert piece sits a lil further back than this one does.
 
It looks like the same partition I have in my C5Z, minus the logo on the front. It attaches via velcro strips on the ends that catch on the rug and hold it in place. Maybe a strip on the bottom, too, but I can't remember. Very stable and won't come loose on it's own without your tugging on it pretty hard.

Makes a REAL difference in the noise level inside from the exhaust.
