Glock Home Protection......

You dont need a FFL, thats only if youre going into the business of selling/transferring. Class 3 FFLs can handle the transfer of an automatic weapon.

The worst part is you being on paper having one. So say the government decides to "TRY" and attempt the right to bear arms(which will never happen)...the government would be knocking on your door first.

As for that new bill good luck. Ill go through all that crap and at the end of the day when they leave, Ill just reload the mags and keep it handy. Maybe they should make gun owners with children invest in a gun safe, so little bobby doesnt pull the handgun out of daddys night drawer then take it school and go crazy. Kids with guns dont kill people, parents with guns who dont care for their children are what kill people. Politicians always look at the bad 10% of people who use guns, not the 90% who know the common sense of ownership/usage. Yet theres a lot of the 90% who still put these morons into office.

I think the anti-gun lobby has a good chance of "refining" the 2nd Amendment with this current Administration. It is openly anti gun ownership, believing that outlawing guns will prevent the outlaws from having guns. While they certianly could not get the support to recind the Constitution, they can impose licensing procedures to limit gun ownership to those that meet their guidlines.

Do any of us with half a brain think that anyone with a criminal past is going to try and register for a firearm license? The underground selling of firearms will explode and the unlucky citizen caught owning a firearm will be fined and/or jailed.

This is part of the reason I do not have a CCW. I don't want the gov't to know I have a BBgun, or a bow and arrow. It's none of their business.

The 2nd Amendment to the Constitution was written to protect the people from the government as well as to provide for their family and protect their property.

Don't say it can't happen, they are rewriting Federal laws affecting government oversight of private corporations on a daily basis, It will not be long until they get to the Constitutional Amendments. Specifically the 2nd and the 4th. If they own the Banks then they own the morgage, if they own the morgage then they own your home, goodbye 4th Amendment.

Think about it this way... We are living in a time when historians a few hundred years from now will place some politically correct name on this era and either praise it for it's success or berate it for it's failure.

Whew...I need a break....

I think the day they try to disarm or set guidelines, is the day youll see people stand up.

I think I read when Obama was senator of Ill. they had the handgun law of what was described in that link. When he helped pass that law/bill crime went up 3X%, when they reestablished the old rule, crime went down. So if one area suffers 3X%, Id hate to see it nationally.

BTW, you dont need a CCW for the government to know what you have. If youve bought any sort of ammo using a credit card...theyll know.
