:wavey: Hello fellow members. Just want to introduce myself. I was informed of this site from a few of my customers who came into purchase detail products so I figured I would check it out.

My name is Joe and I'm the proud owner of a 2001 Quicksilver Z06. I've owned it for about 2 years now and have recently just started modding it. I manage a detail supply company right here in the Tampa Bay area called St.Pete Auto Aids. We manufacture detailing products for the automotive industry and have been in business since 1974. This is is how I was turned onto the site, a few of my customers who own car lots said you guys and gals get together and have meet and greets, cruise days, BBQ's etc. :thumbsup:

Seeing as I'm in the detail indusrty if anyone has any questions feel free to message me, I'd love to help out any forum member with any questions. I just spent all morning detailing my car so I'll post some pics in the detailing forum of my ride, check it out!!!

Hey Rich,

I installed the STS twin turbo kit about 3 months ago. The car was tuned by FRCTom and it put down 560rwhp / 570rwtq @ 9psi. I opted for the larger ball bearing turbos, Tial wastgate & blowoff, and larger injectors. I installed the whole kit myself at my warehouse as well as an ECS/Alkycontrol progressive methanol injection system. If anyone is looking to purchase an STS kit PM me as I became a dealer for them after I purchased my kit. I have some brochures down at my office or you can come by and see the complete kit in person installed on the car.

The car put down 331rwhp stock so with the addition of the complete turbo system as well as the meth kit I increased the rwhp by 229 ponies and its a daily driver which is stock other than the STS kit, meth, and fuel uppgrade.

I just ordered the Textralia Exo-Skel twin disk clutch w/ billet steel flywheel on Friday and will be installing it this coming Saturday. The clutch will start to slip at about 4500rpm in third gear (cant imagine why). I will also be changing the slave, and pilot bearing.

I have a question for everyone, is there a local event coordinator on this site? I was thinking of having a meet and greet detail day for members of the Corvette community at my warehouse. Someone point me in the right direction to maybe put a date together.
